Completion 2026
This is a project of 27 newly built independent villas, starting from €1,080,000, with delivery scheduled between the first and second quarters of 2026. Currently, 75% of the project is completed. The villas are designed with one or two floors and feature private pools and gardens, solar panels, and fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms with high-quality finishes from brands such as Porcelanosa, Bosch, and De Dietrich. They include underfloor heating throughout the house, home automation, garages or parking spaces for 2 to 4 cars, LED interior and exterior lighting, hot and cold air conditioning through false ceiling ducts, aerothermal hot water systems, and pre-installation for electric vehicles, among other amenities. The villas have been designed to maximize natural light, views, and privacy. Although they do not have sea views, they offer views of the mountains of Altea, La Nucía, Finestrat, the Benidorm skyline, and the Sierra Helada.
Regarding layout and size, the built area ranges from 175 m² to 503 m², while usable areas range from 123 m² to 342 m². Plot sizes vary between 500 m² and 1,006 m². The project includes villas with three and four bedrooms. Some villas include basements, while others have garages. Certain villas feature jacuzzis, pool cleaning systems, heated pools, and BBQ areas, depending on the unit selected. Home automation systems are included across the development, with different levels depending on the villa.
The project includes a pre-installation for a security alarm system with two independent zones: outdoor areas with motion detectors and the option to add cameras, and indoor areas with motion detectors in common spaces.
In terms of materials and equipment, all villas feature high-quality Porcelanosa ceramics, including large-format flooring measuring 120x120 cm in some villas and 100x100 cm in others. Bathrooms and shower areas are also finished with Porcelanosa ceramics. Kitchens are designed with a central island and are fully furnished with base and wall units, customizable finishes, and appliances from Bosch or De Dietrich. Air conditioning is provided via hot and cold air ducts concealed in the false ceiling, with LG systems, while domestic hot water is produced by an aerothermal system, also by LG. All villas are equipped with solar panels from Ledvance.
Access to the villas is through automated garage doors with remote control, and pedestrian access is provided via a video intercom system. Interior carpentry includes security entrance doors made of aluminum with thermal break and safety lock, smooth white lacquered interior doors, and modular lined wardrobes.
