New Coastal Apartments – Ready in 2029
A 46 m² unit located on the 7th floor is available, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, heating, and one garage parking space. Multiple unit types are available throughout the building, including ground-floor, standard, and penthouse apartments of varying sizes and layouts.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026 and will take approximately 2.5 years, with completion expected in 2029. The structure will be reinforced concrete with waffle slabs. The facade will be finished in white tones, with an air chamber and stonewool insulation for thermal and acoustic comfort. Exterior windows and balcony doors will feature top-quality aluminium frames with thermal break and Climalit double glazing. Blinds are included in living rooms and bedrooms.
Interior partition walls will be made of lightweight plasterboard, and party walls will be sound-insulated. Apartments will have armoured entrance doors, white lacquered interior doors, and built-in wardrobes. Flooring in living areas and bedrooms will be either laminate or top-quality porcelain stoneware, selected during construction. Bathrooms will include porcelain stoneware flooring, with non-slip finishes on balconies and terraces. Ceramic tiling will be used in bathrooms and kitchens, and the rest of the walls and ceilings will be finished with latex paint.
Bathrooms will include suspended porcelain fixtures, wall-hung washbasins with resin or mineral-filled vanity tops, mixer taps, mirrors, shower screens, and electric underfloor heating. One bathroom will be fitted with additional furniture. Kitchens will include high-quality cabinetry in two colour options, quartz countertops, and built-in appliances (BOSCH or similar), including an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.
Each apartment will have a fully installed ducted HVAC system for heating and cooling, with thermostat control, and hot water will be provided by an aerothermal system. The garage will include troweled concrete paving, automatic vehicle gates, CO detector, extractor, fire extinguisher, and pre-installation for electric vehicle charging stations.
